1. How should I prepare my electronic text files for IBT to Process?

4. How do I get to your Troy facility?

5. How can I request a quote from IBT?
   We have an online quote submission form available by following this link to our Quote Request page. Or you can download a pdf of our Estimate Form and mail or fax it in at your convenience. The file's size is 66 Kb.



6. How can I submit an order to IBT?
   We have a downloadable pdf of a Purchase Order Form that can be faxed or mailed to us. The file's size is 66 Kb. Please contact your Customer Service Representitive for more options.



7. Is there a form for me to submit if I mail you a disk with my job on it?
   While not absolutely required, we do recommend doing so. We have an Electronic File Information form in pdf format for you to download, complete and include with your mailing. The file's size is 61 Kb.



8. How can I send you a file without shipping a disk, tape, etc. ?
   The use of our FTP site is our preferred means of file transfer, especially with large files, due to its speed, reliability and ease of use. Instructions, links to FTP clients, and other notes can be found on our FTP page. Please keep in mind that IBT will still need a printed copy of all first printings we do for you so we can conduct quality assurance comparisons with the file.
